Tres no mas

Sorry folks but I caught the flu this week and am not up to having the fundraiser at my house on Saturday- no tres de Mayo party.

Keep your dollars handy though because it will be rescheduled to a date at the end of May or early June... I will keep you posted!

Morning training walks

For the crazy few who are early risers- I am joining your ranks.

Denise, the owner of the barn where I board my horse is keeping me company on our early morning walks around the neighbors walnut orchard- roughly 2 miles around, we enjoy some of the prettiest scenery at 6:30 in the morning.

We are also in good company with Delila, Mikey, Snickers, Roxanne, Scruffy and my Lily who are running circles around us and making sure there are no crazy squirrels or chippys in the surrounding trees.

Tres de Mayo FUNdRaiser

If anyone is in Lemoore on Saturday, May 3- I am hosting a taco fundraiser- with $1 tacos, $2 beer, and 2 for $1 jello shots. Fun also includes a Wii sports tournament with a $10 buy in.

All proceeds go towards my 3Day walk fundraising (benefiting the Suan G Komen Foundation).

Fundraising

So I am putting together a big fundraiser for early August and I hope everyone can make it. I am going to do a pub crawl here in Fresno with some local owners who are very supportive, kind of like a great bra:)

Walk blog

Just thought this might be fun since we can't post that many pictures on our personal donation pages for the walk. This way we can post pictures from the last few years and some of the stories for people to check out and ask questions about.
